Dr. Colton O'Brien didn't discover chiropractic in a textbook. He discovered it on a basketball court in the Texas panhandle, after a severe injury left him searching for answers beyond surgery and medication.
That experience, combined with a lifelong journey with ADHD, led him to neurologically focused chiropractic care. For the first time, he felt at home in his own body and mind. That transformation became his mission: to bring the same level of healing to families in his community.
Trinity Life Chiropractic was founded on a simple belief — that every person, from newborns to grandparents, deserves to function at their absolute best. Today, we serve hundreds of families across Allen, McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and the greater Collin County area.
