Prenatal Special — $150
Webster-certified care for your changing body.
Pregnancy-safe chiropractic from a Webster-certified practitioner. Your first visit covers consult, three INSiGHT scans, a pregnancy-specific pelvic assessment, and your first gentle adjustment — saving $200 on day one.

For pregnant moms
Prenatal chiropractic is its own thing.
A general chiropractor and a Webster-certified prenatal chiropractor are not the same role. The pregnant pelvis is doing a job no other body does — making room, changing shape, holding a growing baby in optimal position.
The Webster Technique is a specific protocol for that job. It addresses pelvic balance, sacral alignment, and the soft-tissue tension that can pull a baby out of position. It's gentle. It's pregnancy-safe. And it's what Dr. O'Brien is certified to deliver — every visit, every trimester.

trimesters covered, every visit
Your visit, step by step
Forty-five minutes, designed for two patients.
Every step is calibrated for pregnancy. No flat-on-your-stomach tables, no sudden cervical movements, no “cracking.” Just specific, intentional, Webster-certified work — for you and your baby.
- 1
Pregnancy-specific intake
Trimester, due date, OB or midwife, birth plan goals, prior pregnancies, current pain points. We map the whole journey before we start.
- 2
Three INSiGHT scans
Non-invasive sEMG, Thermal, and HRV scans. Safe in every trimester. Show us how your nervous system is adapting to the load — and where to focus.
- 3
Webster pelvic assessment
A specific pregnancy protocol for sacral alignment and round-ligament tension. Gentle, intentional, never rushed. The single most-asked-for service in our office.
- 4
First adjustment + plan
If the assessment surfaces something we can correct in this visit, we do — same table, same $150. Then we walk through what a pregnancy-long care rhythm looks like.

What's actually safe in pregnancy.
The short answer: gentle, certified prenatal chiropractic is one of the safest interventions you can choose during pregnancy. Here's the longer version, line by line.
- Webster-specific positioning — pregnancy-pillow tables, side-lying, no pressure on the abdomen, ever.
- Low-force adjustments — drop tables and instrument-assisted, calibrated for pregnancy.
- INSiGHT scans (sEMG/Thermal/HRV) — non-invasive, no radiation, safe at every stage.
- Trimester-specific care — what we do in week 12 is different from what we do at week 38.
- OB / midwife coordination — happy to share notes with your provider on request.

“Starting care with Dr. O'Brien made such a difference. My mobility improved, my pain decreased, and from 20 weeks on I was able to enjoy a largely pain-free pregnancy. The Webster work was night-and-day from my last two pregnancies.”

Pregnancy after pregnancy
Moms who started with the special.

“I went into my third trimester actually looking forward to it for the first time. Webster appointments became my favorite part of the week. Whatever Dr. O'Brien is doing, it works.”

“Came in at 28 weeks with sciatic pain so bad I couldn't sleep. After three Webster sessions I was sleeping through the night again. Wish I'd found Trinity in my first pregnancy, not my second.”

The Webster Technique, in plain English
What it is, and why your OB might already know about it.
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic protocol developed for pregnant patients. It targets the sacroiliac joint, the surrounding ligaments, and the soft tissue that, together, hold the pelvis in balance.
When the pelvis is out of balance — and pregnancy actively pulls it out of balance, especially in the third trimester — it can put a baby into an undesirable position, contribute to hip and back pain, and complicate labor.
Webster-certified chiropractors do not turn babies. We balance the pelvis. The body, given a clear runway, often handles the rest. Many of our patients see their position-related issues resolve on their own once Webster work begins.
Dr. O'Brien is certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) — the body that maintains the Webster certification standard. We're happy to coordinate notes with your OB or midwife if it helps your overall plan.
Before you book
Pregnancy questions we hear most.
Can I start Webster care in my first trimester?
Yes — earlier is often better. The pelvis adapts to pregnancy from day one, and getting ahead of imbalance is easier than catching up to it in the third trimester.
Is it safe if I'm considered ‘high risk’?
Most high-risk designations don't rule out chiropractic. We'll review your situation in the consult and, if helpful, coordinate with your OB before we move forward.
Will Webster turn a breech baby?
Webster-certified chiropractors do not turn babies. We balance the pelvis. Many breech babies turn on their own once pelvic balance is restored — but we never claim a guarantee.
How often will I come during pregnancy?
Typically once a week through the second trimester, twice a week in the third. We'll build the rhythm with you based on what your body actually needs.
Do you do postpartum care too?
Yes — postpartum recovery is one of our core offerings. Most prenatal patients continue care into the first six weeks postpartum, when the body is doing its biggest reset.
Will my insurance cover the $150?
We're cash-based. We accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. The $150 is the all-in price either way.
After baby comes
Care that continues past delivery.
The first six weeks postpartum are the body's biggest reset. Most of our prenatal patients stay through that window — and bring their newborn for a first scan within the first month.
Postpartum recovery
First six weeks after birth
Pelvic recovery, sleep deprivation support, posture correction for nursing. Continuation pricing for active prenatal patients.
Pediatric chiropractic
Newborn through teen
Most newborn first scans happen within the first month. Same gentle approach, calibrated all the way up to teen sports performance.
Pediatric intro
Bring baby for $150
Already a mom and looking to bring your kids? The pediatric special covers a first scan and family-friendly intro visit.
