Dr. O'Brien is a wonderful chiropractor! I started seeing him while pregnant to help with the common side effect of lower back pain and immediately noticed a huge difference in how I felt - not only was he able to treat the pain, but continued sessions prevented them from returning. Before long, my husband started seeing Dr. O'Brien as well for his pain (he's a lifter) and he also noticed a huge difference. Both Dr. O'Brien and Alexis (his assistant) foster a true sense of care and community among their clients and both went above and beyond checking in on me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. If you're looking for a chiropractor that welcomes families from all walks of life, I cannot recommend Trinity Life Chiropractic enough!”

Dr. O’Brien is gentle, patient, and very knowledgeable. I started seeing him while I was 35 weeks pregnant and my left side was in pain. I could barely walk. I was very nervous throughout the session but after it was over I felt so much better. I’ve been seeing him every week and each time I feel stronger and better. I can actually go for walks, and it’s so much easier getting out of bed. His team is wonderful too, I feel at home and at ease. 10/10 experience every time I come for an appointment! Once you establish a treatment plan with Dr. O’Brien the actual adjustment appointments are so quick and efficient. I highly recommend booking an appointment. I am halfway to term of my pregnancy and I can tell an adequate difference since there has been prenatal chiropractic care incorporated into my treatment plan. Minimal aching pain, no swollen feet, and overall I just feel so much better. Alexis at the front desk can always find an appointment time that works with my crazy schedule. My family is so incredibly grateful for Dr. O’Brien! I started under his care at the beginning of my second pregnancy hoping to have a very different birth experience this time around. I knew the importance of chiropractic care and was really hoping to feel good throughout pregnancy as well as avoid back labor and help baby get into a good position for birth. Thanks to Dr. O’Brien, I felt good throughout pregnancy and was able to stay really active until the very end, I had zero back labor as baby was positioned perfectly from all the work we had done, and my active labor was only 1.5 hours which I really attribute in great portion to consistent chiropractic care! I even got adjusted the morning I went into labor! The office staff are so kind and friendly and the office itself is super family friendly and welcoming. My toddler loves to read with Ms. patty at the front desk while I get adjusted! I never felt the to see a chiropractor before this second pregnancy. As my lower pack pain worsened + being on my feet all of the time, I knew that I couldn’t get through my third trimester without chiropractic care. I have been bringing my son here since he was born! We are so appreciative to Dr.O for helping out our little guy! I had a 46 hr labor and this caused some back and neck tension in the baby and with the help of Dr.O my baby has been more relaxed and less tense! My kids say- Can we give them 10 stars? I told Dr O’Brien that healing happens the moment you walk in the office. My oldest son and I went through Dr O’Brien’s recommended care plan and are now on his maintenance plan. The results for both of us have been more than what I expected. I didn’t fully understand the power of chiropractic, especially for those who are neurodivergent. But it has fundamentally shifted both of our nervous systems. Most notably, my son told me, “Mom, you know all those bad, worry thoughts I used to have. I haven’t had those since we started seeing Dr O’Brien.” He recognized the change in himself and begged to continue maintenance once we were done with the care plan. The thing that sets him apart is the he focused on the care of the mom as part of the care for the kid. Moms, this will not just be another place where you are overlooked. He sees the mamas and prioritizes their health, even when it’s hard for them to do it themselves. I’m not speaking in hyperbole when I say- I cannot recommend Dr O’Brien enough. I cannot recommend Trinity Life enough for prenatal care, postpartum care, infant care… all stages of care! Chiropractic care was a total game changer during my pregnancy and has worked wonders for our baby boy so far Dr. Colton truly cares for his patients and tailors each appointment specific to your needs. Not only does my body feel better but so does my nervous system. I feel much more regulated now and leave each appointment better than how I walked in. Same goes for my baby boy. Dr. O’Brien is a life saver! We were desperate for solutions and relief for our 16 month old. He cried and screamed 24/7. He was irritable and frustrated all of the time. Didn’t sleep more than 1-2 hours at a time. It was awful for him and for the house. We were referred to Dr. O’Brien and every single symptom and behavior we shared, he knew was a sign of dysregulation and his little body was just begging for support. We had no idea that chiro could support his nervous system. We just finished a two month care plan, coming in twice a week. He is a completely different toddler. So happy! Sleeps through the night. I have never been a fan of chiropractors. I don’t like being touched, and the thought of the “cracking” that comes with adjustments has always made me uncomfortable. When I started having significant pain and numbness from carpal tunnel in both wrists, my husband convinced me to give his chiropractor a try. From my very first appointment, I felt at ease. Dr. O’Brien took the time to really listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything before beginning treatment. The biggest difference has been in my nervous system. I feel so much more regulated and not nearly as overwhelmed as I used to. Been going for about a month he gives a very detailed explanation of your inflammation and causes of pain in different areas prints out everything so you can see it for yourself as well. I had nerve pain and built up stress in my neck and shoulders and since seeing him it has been eliminated!
